He never returned to finish the project, and Clouse constructed this travesty around the 15 minutes of footage Bruce Lee had filmed. A movie for die-hard fans only. The plot revolves around martial arts star Billy Lo who is being squeezed by local mobsters, to toe-the-line. Some dis-tasteful scenes follow including unforgivable footage of Bruce Lee's Hong Kong funeral. The fight with 7' 2" (ex - La Laker's) Jabbar is a tour de force though.
