This rather convoluted version is watchable for James Garners laconic charm, a definite precursor to his later success in tv's 'Rockford Files'. But the movies outstanding scene stealer is Bruce Lee, as the unlikely named 'Winslow Wong' whose bare handed destruction of garners office is a sheer delight. Bruce's high rise 'exit' from the movie in the next reel, is incongruous to say the least.
